We’ll discuss landscape design possibilities, functionality, drainage, local by-laws and regulations. During this 1-1.5 hour long consultation for $100, measurements are taken for the next step in the design process and the fees for a 2D or 3D landscape design are discussed.

Our Kozy designers then take everything from the consultation and create a one-of-a-kind landscape design specific for your property. 

We will send you our landscape design, proposal along with the list of materials, recommended building practises, and the price to build the project. By providing this information, our clients can compare our price and confirm that our prices are fair and that our installation techniques meet industry standards. If our client decides not to proceed with our bid, they still have a full design, materials list and proper installation techniques that they can provide to another contractor. 

This process is only for design and build clients. There is no consultation fee for garden work, yard maintenance, or sod installation estimates.
